Answers to the most frequently asked questions about our apartment

How is the check-in/check-out process organized? How can I get the keys from the apartment?.

eck-in is possible only if you present identification documents at least 4 days prior to departure

The guest can collect the key of the booked apartment at the reception of the residence after your identy is prooft by the securty service.

A code will send to you to be able to open the main door of the residence in addition of the key.

If the Guest did not inform us on his/her delay in good time, we reserve the right to leave the apartment until the new time is agreed with the Guest.

You may contact our accommodation managers on duty 24/7 by calling us.

You can located the apartment in the map of our webpage. When you are in inside the apartment for the firt time please switch on the main power and if necessary regolate you air condiction.

Our employee or the security service will accept the apartment and keys from you at the check-out time agreed with you.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?.

Yes, early check-in or late check-out are possible, but they must be discussed with our manager in advance.

If you want to change the already agreed check-in/check-out time, please contact our managers.

According to Freetime Booking Terms, early check-in (before 02:00 p.m.) and late check-out (after 12:00 p.m.) are paid for in the amount equal to 50% cost of one night’s stay. Check-in before 06:00 a.m. is paid for in the amount equal to full 24-hour stay. In this case, you can certainly check into the apartment in the time, which you specified.

Do we have to bring hand and bath towels, bed linen and tea towels or will they be available in the flat?.

The apartment comes fully furnished, with hand and bath towels, bed linen ,tea towels, tablecloths, Hair Dryer, full-kitchen .

If you stay more than one week you will find the Weekly change of towels and bed linen in the Wardrobe of your rooms.
Please put the dirty linen in the appropriate baskets.

 

Is there air conditioning in the apartment?

The apartment are fully air conditioned. Each room could be simply controlled by the dedicated switch.

How can I open the awning to have shade on the terrace?

The opening and closing of the awning is done electronically via a remote control located on the wall inside the apartment near the main exit door to the terrace.

Where to throw the garbage ?

Please throw away the garbage into the garbage area outside the residence. You can locate the area in the map of our webpage, A code will send to you to open the door of the garbage area.

Where can I park my bike?

We have a bike lock up area. Please let us know before you arrive if you need to the key of the area.

Can you grill on the terrace of the apartment?

There is a dedicated barbecue-area in the park where you can grill. Grill on the terrace of the apartment is not allowed.

Are the tennis courts for free?

Tennis courts are free. Please reserve it in the reception.

 

What happens if I brake something in the apartment?

Please, call us as soon as possible and will be try to repair it as soon as possible. If we cannot repair it we will have to change it. We deserve the right to charge you to your deposit for the cost of the repair.

What is a deposit? Why is it required?

Deposit is a security which you leave as guarantee for keeping the property safe and undamaged and which is returned when you check out.

As you check into our apartment, a deposit in the amount of 500 Euro is charged in cash or in the form of pre-authorization of this amount on the bank card. If you violate the Residential Lease Agreement, the deposit will not be returned.

 

Is a Washmachine in the Apartment?

There is no washmachine in the apartment. You can find the nearest Self Laundry hear
